Overview:

Personal growth goals are exciting and admirable.  It takes courage and hard work to improve oneself. Personal growth is a conscious effort to enhance aspects of one’s life, including skills, knowledge, habits, attitudes, and behaviors with the goal of creating a better life. Like any journey, the ongoing quest to become the best version of oneself involves various stages, challenges, and experiences. Personal growth often requires stepping out of your comfort zone, overcoming challenges, skill building, and embracing change.  It can be uncomfortable and may involve setbacks or mistakes along the way. It also offers opportunities for increased self-awareness, better relationships, improved well-being, and a greater sense of purpose.

How I can help:

All coaching is tailored to your unique situation and the process is specific to the needs and challenges that are relevant to your personal growth journey. Once engaged in a coaching relationship, we start with questions that prompt exploration and discovery.  This will help us uncover and shine a light on the challenges you may be facing in your journey.

Personal growth is closely tied to change. Many of us operate under a “New Year’s Resolution” model for change.  This model is one of willpower and motivation only.  For some goals, this works!  For other goals, this model can leave us feeling demoralized at every “setback”.  It can have us feeling that our failures mean we don’t want it enough.  It is so much more complicated than that. We will work together to uncover the obstacles you may be encountering on your path to change and come up with a plan to overcome those challenges.

Additionally, we will cover several other coaching topics depending on your need; behavior changes, self-reflection and awareness, setting intentions, skill building, coping strategies, problem-solving, building resilience, mindset shifts, goal setting, clarity around outcome success, action planning, self-care, and self-compassion.

We will create a complete plan with a defined outcome and achievable action steps to spark momentum. I will provide encouragement and support along the way for any challenges that arise. We will take time to celebrate achievements and milestones. I offer accountability toward your goals through progress tracking and providing encouragement.
